Filming

Over the half term we managed to do the majority of the filming. We used Garden City Park in Kidlington, the school and an upmarket part of Oxford to film Jack aka the new HB rapping down the road! We used a variety of shots which I am really proud of such as; extreme close ups, close ups, establishing shots, tracking shots, mid shots, panning shots, crane shots and long shots as well as many more.

In Oxford we had Sam in the back seat holding the camera, filming Jack walking down the street while I drove forward at around 3mph creating an effective tracking shot. With the use of a tripod we ensured that the camera was completely steady and avoided any unwanted camera movement in the shot.

We are now in the process of preparing for our last part of filming which will take place in the drama room. We will be making a Facebook group inviting our fellow sixth formers to join us for the party scene and hope it will be a success! We can then focus all of our attention on editing the video to make it perfect! :]
