Filming and Settings

Today, after finalising that we will be shooting our video in the Oxford studio, we have decided on dates. We are looking to book the studio on either the 25th or 29th of October. These dates are in the half term so hopefully there will not be any problems with group members not being able to attend.

We have also devised a timeline depicting the different sections of the song, including their exact time in the song. We then aligned these sections with different points in the narrative (For example, from 0:00 till 0:29, HB shall be leaving a school). We decided to do this as it will make the filming and editing process a lot easier and a lot more organized.

We have also started doing bits of filming that do not include the studio. At the beginning of the song when the woman in the song says 'never let the party stop', we have filmed myself but just my lips (absolutley covered in bright red lipgloss!) lip syncing these lyrics. We have also taken pictures of some of the filming settings where we will be shooting in Kidlington (see below) and also filmed establishing shots of each of the places we will be using to film.
